What is an occasional lease and why is it worth it?
It is a form of agreement that gives the owner additional legal protection: it makes terminating the contract and recovering the premises easier should problems arise. It requires a visit to a notary, but the cost is small compared to the benefits.
Do you help people who are only just arriving in Warsaw?
Yes. This is one of our specialties. We offer full support for people relocating to Warsaw, including from Ukraine. We can carry out the entire process remotely, before you physically arrive.
What documents are needed to rent an apartment?
Typically: an identity document, a certificate of earnings or a bank statement. An occasional lease requires additional notarial documents. We will guide you through the entire process.
